WARRANTY INFO

All JNR Designed air ride components come with a limited lifetime warranty, except for electrical components and JNR Touring Rear Air shocks with 1/4″ airline fittings, these have a 1 year limited warranty. Shipping costs on items warrantied 30 days after original ship date are the responsibility of the purchaser.

 

It is the responsibility of the installer to ensure that the proper fitment of all components was achieved, damaged caused by failure to do so is not covered under warranty.  If a part fitment is not suitable for your application, contact us as soon as possible for the best solution.

Modifications made for fitment purposes that do not directly compromise the integrity of how our components function and/or were designed to function WILL NOT void the warranty.  We do however reserve the right to make that determination ourselves, so we recommend contacting us before making any modifications. JNRDesigned LLC assumes no liability for any loss, or losses from the end user making modifications to any of our components, even if the modifications were deemed to not void the warranty. However, no modified component can be returned for a refund.

Warranties are only guaranteed to apply to the original purchaser, except when purchased from an authorized JNRDesigned LLC dealer. If purchased from a Dealer to ensure warranty coverage we recommend the registration form must be filled out.

Any warranty item/s that we have requested to be returned and are not will void all future warranty claims.

PARTS EXCHANGE OR REFUND INFO

Any part that was ordered incorrectly can be exchanged for the correct part as long as it is in the same condition it was sold in. The customer making the exchange is responsible for all freight required as well as any price difference for the correct part. If the replacement part is the less expensive of the two the difference will be refunded as soon as the returned part has been deemed fit for resale.

If you are unsure as to whether or not one of our products will fit your application, and/or you purchased a product and find out it will not work for your application, or you are in any way not satisfied with the quality, we offer a 30 day return policy on all of our products, and a complete refund excluding the original and return freight will be applied as soon as the return has been deemed to be fit for resale.
